All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
You will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date the order was shipped out.
Free Shipping On Orders Over $100
We offer FREE Ground Delivery on all Domestic orders totaling $100 or more. Orders sent by USPS Priority usually arrive within 2-3 business days. Any order under $100 the standard shipping fee of $7 will apply.
EXPRESS NEXT DAY: If you would like next day delivery order must be placed prior to 2pm cst The NEXT DAY shipping rate is $25.
All orders in stock will be shipped on the same business day the order was placed if order is placed prior to4pm cst. If order is placed after 4pm cst or on a weekend or holiday the order will ship on the following business day. There are no orders shipped on federal holidays or weekends, business days only.
If item is listed as preorder the item will have the expected ship date in the details of the item. If anything changes with the expected ship date a email notification will be sent to the email address that was provided at the time the order was placed.
Tracking numbers and updates after order is placed will be sent to email address provided at the time of order.

Suite Five Seven is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be a error. Please contact your local post office.
If your tracking information stated “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned back to us.
